Terms of Service

The rules for using ADSflow, including your obligations under Meta’s advertising terms.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and KENZI HOTELS (registered address: Zone Touristique Agdal Avenue Mohamed VI, Marrakech, Marrakech 40 000, Morocco) ("ADSflow", "we", "us") for the use of the ADSflow website and application. If you use ADSflow for a company, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use ADSflow.

2. The service

ADSflow is campaign management and reporting software for performance marketing teams. It connects to Meta through the official Marketing API and Graph API and lets you view ad accounts and statistics, create campaigns, ad sets and ads, run automated rules, and moderate comments under your ads and Page posts.

3. Your account and workspace

  • You must be at least 18 and use ADSflow for business purposes.
  • Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including actions by members you invite.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Tell us at security@adsflow.tech as soon as you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Connecting Meta and Meta’s terms

To use ADSflow you connect your Meta account through Facebook Login for Business and grant the permissions described on Connecting Meta. You may connect only ad accounts, Business portfolios and Pages that you are authorized to manage.

When you advertise through ADSflow you must comply with, and you accept, the Meta Terms of Service, the Meta Commercial Terms, the Meta Self-Serve Ad Terms, the Meta Advertising Standards and the Meta Community Standards, as updated by Meta from time to time.

One ad account, one advertiser. Each ad account you manage through ADSflow must be used for a single end advertiser. Do not run ads for several different advertisers in the same ad account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use ADSflow to:

  • publish ads that break Meta's Advertising Standards or the law, or that are deceptive or misleading;
  • evade, test or interfere with Meta's ad review, integrity enforcement or account restrictions;
  • access ad accounts, Pages or data you are not authorized to access;
  • share your ADSflow login, or resell access to ADSflow, without our written consent;
  • scrape, reverse engineer or overload ADSflow, or attempt to break its security;
  • harass people who comment on your ads, or collect their data for any purpose other than moderation.

We may suspend access that puts other customers, Meta's platform or the public at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

6. Launches and automated rules

ADSflow carries out actions only on your instructions: an action you take in the interface, or an automated rule you create and switch on. New launches are created paused. You are responsible for reviewing campaigns before activating them and for the conditions and actions of your rules, including budget changes and the ad spend they lead to.

7. Your data

You keep all rights to your content and data. You give us permission to process it only to provide ADSflow to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data of people who interact with your ads, we act as your processor and follow your instructions.

8. Plans and payment

ADSflow is offered on paid monthly plans (Start, Pro, Team, Agency and Custom) described on our Pricing page. Plans differ by the number of connected ad accounts and team members.

  • Fees are in US dollars and are billed monthly in advance, by invoice or through the payment provider shown when you subscribe.
  • Your plan renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you are not charged for the next one. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires.
  • If your workspace goes over the limits of its plan, we may ask you to move to a plan that fits.
  • We may change prices. We will notify workspace owners by email at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies from the first billing period after the notice period, and you can cancel before then.
  • Custom plans follow the terms agreed with you in writing.

Ad spend is billed by Meta directly to you and is not part of any ADSflow fee.

9. Availability and Meta platform changes

We work to keep ADSflow available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. ADSflow depends on Meta's platform: Meta may change, limit, rate-limit or withdraw API features or access at any time, and some features may stop working as a result. We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta, including ad rejections, account restrictions or changes to Meta's APIs.

10. Termination and deletion

You can stop using ADSflow and delete your workspace at any time in Settings. We may terminate these Terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach. On termination we delete data received from Meta within 30 days, as described on the Data Deletion page.

11. Disclaimers

ADSflow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Statistics shown in ADSflow come from Meta and may differ from Ads Manager because of attribution settings, time zones or reporting delays.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ADSflow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or ad spend, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify ADSflow against claims arising from your ads, your content or your breach of these Terms or of Meta's terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KENZI HOTELS is registered, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you are based says otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and notify workspace owners by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

ADSflow is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta and Facebook are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
